Ozark Storage - Fort Wayne is fully fenced and access to the property is limited to those currently renting a unit or parking space.  Renters will use a personalized access code entered into the keypad outside the gate to gain access through the gate.  

What can I store?

Almost anything. These are the items we prohibit: illegal drugs, cash, precious metals, food of any kind, flammable liquids.  You also shouldn't store highly valuable items that you couldn't live without and never more than $5,000 in value.

How Long am I Required to Rent a Storage Unit Space for?

Rent for as long, or short as you need! We offer month-to-month leases and bill in one-month increments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible. Whether you need short term or long term storage, we just ask that you give us a 10 day notice if you are moving out your storage unit.

Can I Rent a Storage Unit Online?

Yes!  Ozark Storage - Fort Wayne offers fast, convenient online rentals and online reservations. Once you have selected your unit you just need to complete the process and make your online payment. Our kind and caring customer care team is available by phone or text will gladly help you if you need assistance accessing your storage unit.

What Forms of Payment do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We accept payments online and through autopay. Check payments are not encouraged due to the increased level of fraud and are charged an additional $10 processing fee.  We do not accept cash payments.  

When is My Rent Payment Due?

Your rent payment will usually be due on the 1st of the month. Your first month will be prorated based on the date you move in. To avoid late fees, make sure that your monthly payment is made by the 10th of the month.
